As Chief Administration Officer and Vice President of Administration, Ms. Mayo provides oversight and direction for, and balances daily operations of, multiple Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contracts including the Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO), the Measure & Instrument Development and Support (MIDS) for Hospital Inpatient and Outpatient Value, Incentives, and Quality Reporting, and three End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Networks. She offers more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including both management and patient care practice. Additionally, Ms. Mayo’s experience includes work at all levels of quality improvement organizations, including with statewide, regional, and national CMS contracts. Under her leadership, HSAG has successfully implemented multiple national projects, including those focused on software training and development, disaster preparedness and response, patient-centeredness and complaints, measure development, and data reporting. She has provided more than 10 years of volunteer board service to patient and professional organizations, is published in trade and peer-reviewed journals, presents nationally on various topics, and has been honored with awards for service to Medicare beneficiaries from CMS and patient organizations. Ms. Mayo received her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida.
