Cardiac Rehabilitation Event

Open to All Settings

Attend the Cardiac Rehab Roundtable hosted by Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) on
February 27, 2018, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. ET.

The event will review the Million Hearts 2022® cardiac rehabilitation priorities, explain the barriers of outpatient cardiac rehabilitation, discuss alternatives for home health settings when outpatient cardiac rehab is not possible, and list three methods to improve home health patients' cardiac rehabilitation participation.
