This peer group is designed to create an all-teach, all learn environment for acute care hospitals to:
- Extend network
- Outline steps to planning a sepsis program
- Summarize how progress will be measured
- Discuss ways to course correct
- Commit to one project or pilot they would like to implement before the next session
