Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) encourages local Arizona residents to attend a no-cost health screening hosted by the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona, BHHS Legacy Foundation, Adelante Healthcare, and Cardio Renal Society of America. The event will be held at the YMCA located at 1655 W. Frye Rd. in Chandler, AZ. No-Cost Screening Criteria
Participants to the screening must be age 18 or older AND have a family member (father, mother, brother, sister) with diabetes, heart disease, or kidney disease
OR
the participant must have a personal health history of diabetes or high blood pressure.
