Join us for the 9th Annual Patient Family Centered Care (PFCC) Conference. This year the conference will present examples of powerful outcomes achieved through partnerships in a variety of healthcare settings. The goal of the PFCC Conference is to provide attendees with resources, tools, and practical strategies for engaging patients and family members across all aspects of healthcare delivery. Attendees will leave the conference inspired, encouraged, and equipped to advance PFCC in their own organizations.
Keynote Speakers: Dennis Wagner, MPA, director, and Paul McGann, MD, chief medical officer for quality improvement, from the Quality Improvement and Innovation Group, Center for Clinical Standards and Quality for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
