Camarillo Health Care District is providing no-cost, telephonic diabetes self-management program (DSMP) workshops for older adults, 60 years of age and older, living in Ventura County.
These programs have proven to help older adults better manage their diabetes, improve their quality of life, and lower healthcare costs.
