The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has made it a priority to address health disparities and work toward achieving optimal health for all. As the foundation for this work, CMS released the CMS Framework for Health Equity, which outlines the goals and priorities of CMS work on health equity in the coming years.
To assist providers and stakeholders in achieving alignment with CMS priorities, HSAG has compiled tools and resources for each of the five CMS priorities.
