HSAG Vaccine Ambassador Program is scheduled to end on October 31, 2024. Requests submitted after October 28, 2024, will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

Until October 31, 2024, HSAG will continue to assist with improving vaccine rates in the nursing home setting by:

• Providing on site and virtual vaccine education to residents, family members, and staff
• Providing National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) support
