Researchers from Cedars-Sinai Institute have found that people with the lowest calcium levels in their blood have double the risk of experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. The scientists believe that by boosting milk or cheese intake, that people can better protect themselves. The results have been published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings journal.
