The PPS-Exempt Cancer Hospital Quality Reporting (PCHQR) Program is a pay-for-reporting program established by the Affordable Care Act and requires PCHs to report quality measure data. The purpose of the program is to encourage providers to improve the quality of care delivered and equip consumers with healthcare quality information.
