Outlined below is a listing of past EQR and EQR-related projects performed by HSAG.
Between CY 2023–CY 2025, HSAG was contracted to perform reviews of the CCOs' Program Integrity programs to monitor compliance with the terms and conditions of the federal, state, and contract regulations. A comprehensive evaluation tool was used to assess the following deliverables: Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) Handbook, Annual FWA Prevention Plan, and the Annual FWA Assessment Report. The results from HSAG's evaluation are submitted to OHA to support its approval of CCO Program Integrity operations annually. To support this activity, HSAG provided one-on-one technical assistance to the CCOs, as well as general training webinars in coordination with OHA. In 2024, HSAG revised the FWA Evaluation tool and developed a comprehensive FWA Data Submission guide to support the CCOs' submission of materials for review.
