Health Services Advisory Group Partners with San Diego Senior Facility to Host Successful Community Wellness Health Fair

Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) joined with Serving Seniors to facilitate the "Celebrating Wellness Health Fair" in San Diego in July 2014, showing that success in community health efforts takes strong collaboration between community partners.
