J. Zachary Henshaw, MHA, MPH, MLIS

Mr. Henshaw has 25-plus years of healthcare experience with a focus on operations and strategic planning and has overseen Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contracts for more than 20 years. He directs operations for multiple CMS and state contracts, including those related to end stage renal disease, Measure & Instrument Development and Support (MIDS) task orders—such as national support contracts for inpatient and outpatient quality reporting—and medical record case review work. In addition, Mr. Henshaw has responsibility for proposal and strategy development. Mr. Henshaw received a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, a Master of Public Health, Policy and Planning from the University of Iowa College of Public Health, and a Master of Library and Information Sciences, Informatics from the University of Iowa School of Library & Information Science/College of Business.
