As a member of Health Services Advisory Group’s (HSAG’s) Executive Management Team, Mr. Dalton has more than 15 years of experience in business operations and project management for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) contracts, with direct oversight of all contract deliverables. He has delivered consistent strategic direction for HSAG’s multistate contracts over the past scopes of work and been instrumental in establishing cohesiveness across the company’s multiple locations. Mr. Dalton serves as HSAG’s liaison to the contracting officer’s representative for CMS QIO contracts. He also provides leadership and direction related to the federal QIO Task Orders and leads regular meetings with HSAG executives to share strategies for maximizing performance toward contract goals.
